Ivan Witenstein is the son of two artists who met in school. He graduated from the Corcoran School of Art and Design with a BFA and received his MFA from Yale University School of Art in Sculpture. Witenstein is currently the Associate Dean of Curricular Planning at his Alma Mater, the Corcoran School of Art and Design.
